Privacy Policy
WhenReset
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This privacy policy describes how WhenReset handles information when you use it. WhenReset is published by Kitta Co.
WhenReset does not send your account credentials or usage data to Kitta Co. The app has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or Kitta Co backend service that receives this information.
Provider Accounts
If you link an account, WhenReset communicates directly from your device with the provider you select to authenticate and retrieve usage limits and reset times. Authentication tokens or API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Each provider processes authentication and usage requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data on Your Device
Account labels, provider identifiers, display preferences, usage snapshots, reset times, and Live Activity settings are stored locally on your device. A shared app-group container makes the latest selected snapshot available to WhenReset widgets and Live Activities. This data is not uploaded to Kitta Co.
Demo Mode
Demo mode creates randomized sample usage and reset information on your device. It does not require an account and does not contact an AI provider to create the sample data.
Your Controls
You can remove a linked account from WhenReset to delete its saved credentials and locally cached usage information. You can also stop a Live Activity, remove widgets, or delete the app and its local data through iOS.
Platform and Distribution
Apple and the providers you choose may process technical, account, purchase, or network information according to their own policies when you download, authenticate, or use their services. That processing is not governed by this policy.
Changes
If WhenReset's data practices change materially in a future version, we will update this page and, where required, provide notice through the app or its store listing.
