Last updated: October 11, 2026
t. is an independent Telegram client published by Kitta Ltd. This policy explains the client’s data handling and the optional services you choose to use.
Independent Telegram client. t. connects to Telegram directly, keeps local app data inside protected iOS storage, and does not operate a separate messaging server.
1. Independent client
t. is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram, Nagram or Nextgram. Kitta does not operate a separate Telegram messaging server.
2. Telegram data
The client connects to Telegram for account authorization, contacts, messages, media and related functionality. Telegram processes this information under its Privacy Policy. Telegram controls the retention and deletion of information stored by its service.
3. Local storage and credentials
Account sessions, cached content and app preferences are stored on your device within the app’s protected storage. If you enable message preservation, deleted messages, edit history and already loaded chats may remain on this device after deletion or loss of chat access. You can export retained messages yourself; no AyuSync service is connected. Secret-chat screenshots are optional and screenshot notifications to other participants remain enabled. Optional transcription credentials are stored using the system Keychain. Session backups and exports are created only when you choose those features; you are responsible for protecting any file you export.
4. Diagnostics
We may receive crash, performance and other diagnostic information made available through Apple’s developer tools, or information you voluntarily provide when requesting support. These reports help us understand reliability issues. Our App Store privacy declaration covers: Device ID, Crash Data, Performance Data and Other Diagnostic Data, used for analytics, not linked to your identity and not used for tracking.
We do not send your conversations to a Kitta diagnostics endpoint or use diagnostic information to link your Telegram account across apps or websites.
5. Optional providers
If you enable translation, transcription or another provider-based feature, the content required for that feature may be sent to your chosen provider. This can include selected message text or audio. Provider retention and privacy practices are governed by that provider’s policy. You can disable optional features or remove provider credentials in the app.
6. Photos, audio and location
The client requests system permissions for features such as sending photos, recording audio and sharing location. Content you choose to send is delivered through Telegram. Live location and the optional background connection fallback can use background location permission while enabled. The fallback maintains the connection; location is sent to a chat when you choose a Telegram location-sharing feature.
7. Support and changes
Information you send to support is used to respond to your request. Please exclude login codes, passwords, keys and session exports. We do not sell this information. This policy may change when the client’s features or data practices change.
